A video has surfaced on Instagram of the talented 27-year-old singer, Dua Lipa, demonstrating her impressive yoga skills. In the video, Dua can be seen effortlessly pulling off a headstand, displaying her strong back, shoulders, and core muscles. Dressed in black leggings and a strappy bra, she gracefully lowers herself back down to the floor. Although her caption makes no reference to her physical feat, it is undeniable that her display of strength was truly impressive.

The comment section was filled with words of encouragement for her achievement. One person even made a joke about her levitation skills. Another person complimented her impressive feat after admitting to struggling with headstands even after 18 months of yoga practice. Perfecting a headstand can be a challenging process that demands a great deal of core strength. For those who are just starting, WH has a helpful guide to get you started.

Dua has once again impressed her fans with her amazing yoga skills. This isn’t the first time she has shown off her moves, as she previously shared a video of herself doing a crow’s pose into a headstand on her Instagram Stories. Last March, she also demonstrated her impressive tripod headstand during a yoga session.

However, Dua is not solely into yoga. In 2018, she mentioned in an interview with Viva that she works out as much as possible. Additionally, Dua stated in an interview with Refinery29 that she prefers to exercise first thing in the morning. She believes that starting her day with a physical activity is the perfect way to begin. Her workout routine varies from yoga and Pilates to strength training and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts.
