According to insiders, the husband-and-wife co-hosts, Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos, will be broadcasting from a “gorgeous, open, sprawling space” near the cafeteria while the final touches are being added to their new studio. “It’s amazing!” one insider said, expressing excitement over the new location despite the temporary setup.

Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos’ new set won’t be ready until April 14.

While the new studio won’t be ready for another week, sources confirm that production is thrilled to be in Disney’s new Hudson Square building, where various movie premieres and events have already taken place. A production insider shared, “We’ll be broadcasting live from the 10th floor next week, while we finish up the studio.”

Consuelos joined his wife as co-host in 2023.

This marks a bittersweet farewell to the show’s former studio at 7 Lincoln Square, where it had been filmed for the past 37 years. On Tuesday, Ripa and Consuelos taped their final show from the iconic location. Ripa, who joined the show in 2001 alongside Regis Philbin, fondly remembered how their children grew up in the building, now showing signs of wear and tear.

After the move, “Live” aired a rerun on Wednesday, but Ripa and Consuelos are set to return with live shows on Monday. The couple, along with their production team, joins other ABC/Disney shows like “The View” and “Tamron Hall” at the new headquarters, and everyone is eagerly looking forward to the exciting new chapter ahead.
